Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes rescheduling or canceling is necessary. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations to allow us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Late arrival

If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling to avoid affecting other clients, along with a 50% late cancellation fee. We'll do our best to accommodate you while ensuring the quality of service remains intact.

Refunds

Given the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the results, please contact us.

Guests

To ensure a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment. However, we understand that life happens. One additional guest may join you, unless they also have an appointment.
